Staff behaviour and hospitality was really good.

The variety of breakfast buffet could be better and different as per the length of the stay. If the stay is for 3 nights. So, their should be different varieties of items should be available in the buffet. You can't serve the same buffet items after second day.

Worst hotel ever. Don't even think of going here. Worst mistake of my life.

Everything.Super dirty, unhygienic, mould everywhere, they added salt to our coffee, horrible food-got food poisoning, careless staff - least bothered about everything. Horrible overall.

Old unmaintained room.Bathroom dirtyBed linen had stains. Not changed from previous occupancy. AC duct had wierd smell of stale air and was suffocating. Cleanliness was questionable. Found pins on the carpet . Overall bad experience.

The staff was not helpful and most of them were cutting my calls. Always told me to wait for half an hour and give me an update and never called regarding the cancellation of my room. Plus no exceptions for some guests even though they booked room 2 days before. Worst experience would not recommend at all!!!

Property is on road and that's probably the only lucrative thing however, there are other hotels on road and one must try those.

I booked 2 rooms and it was a Pathetic stay. Right from the check-in experience to mosquitos in the room, substandard bathrooms, improper toiletries - everything be it an iron or hair dryer was on demand. Complimentary breakfast was not at all worth for money. Rooms were not so quite as it's an on road property and trucks play nice music all day. Definitely it is not a 4 star and apps showing this as 4 star hotel should visit and at least stay here for one night to experience. Not recommended for families !!

Modern facility

They stole my bag with valuable clothes & equipment!My partner went to the front desk to hand over the backpack. Tried to contact the place and they kept hanging up. Hindi speaking friend did not help. Had to go there physically to confront them, they claim they can't find it. Security cameras will prove our claimBEWARE, do not leave ur stuff with them as they will steal them

Very good team from checkin to checkout. Specially Shalini at front desk helped in booking as we were late for checkin. Next day for early checkout, Mr Prakash helped to provide nice early bfast. Overall very good experience. Keep it up!

The staff at reception was good.

Lights going off. Only 2 small of water. I ordered 2 bottles of water changed meRS 260. I used to buy a case of 12 for R/s 240.

Very nice suite. The staff was polite and prompt. Breakfast had a nice spread. All in all, a very good experience.

Checkout time was two hours earlier than checkin time. Not fair.

What stood out to me was their thoughtful service; when I requested a packed meal for my toddler, they happily accommodated me, providing a selection from the breakfast menu at no additional cost. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this place to others.

The location was good. The food was awesome.

Rooms are too small for a suite. Towels were unclean. Supplies were too little. Shortage on staff.

We stayed in this hotel for just a night on way to Shimla. It’s conveniently located to get out of the city. The staff was polite and the room was of comfortable size for us. The breakfast spread was adequate and we overall felt positive about the hotel.

Booked this hotel as i was traveling late from delhi for Amritsar, so instead of driving at night, would rest here at night and leave early morning for golden temple.In the middle of night woke up from the sound of singing laughing and clapping from the adjacent room. I tried to ignore but till 3 am i had no patience left and called the hotel staff to intervene and stop these people who were probably drinking and causing nuisance to me and my family. But to my astonishment there was no action taken and not even a word of apology from the staff at the time of checkout and when I demanded to see the general manager to raise my complaint, was not allowed to her.

Good staff on reception and also the best was Ruhal in reception. Breakfast was so delicious and also staff so good and so caring, thx for all

Rooms were decent

Breakfast buffet was not hygienic.I got a hair in my plate.

A very neat and clean property. The hygiene level is good. The staff is very polite, responsive and ready to help and oblige. The breakfast layout was good and the food was tasty.

The location of the property is not very good. It is on the main road and the area is congested.
